This one day course helps you understand what the key parameters are for cycling shoe fit and saddle fit. This course teaches bike fitters the important anatomical and physiological concepts to consider.

Course Outline

Neither shoe or saddle manufacturers offer enough insight about their products to accurately fit them. Their processes are reductionist and mostly designed to help shop floor staff.

This course shows bike fitters the real issues that are necessary to consider and a method for finding the best match between Foot/Shoe and Pelvis/Saddle and how these effect the rest of the position.
