Bike Fitting is easy to get into and like most things, hard to master.
Our courses are laser-focused on the art of bike fitting, delving deep into the realms of physics and physiology as they directly relate to bike fitting. We firmly believe that a well-trained human is the ultimate tool for assessing a cyclist. Our mission is to impart a profound understanding of the forces at play in cycling and how the human body adapts to them. We will empower you to astutely identify movement cues for optimal function in each individual, harness biofeedback, and employ a scientific method to isolate and test each physiological workload. Additionally, we will reveal how various technologies can provide valuable supportive data, significantly enhancing customer confidence.
